Confessions from the Cutting Table Pt 2
Ooooooh people get on my nerves sometimes. A lady comes into the store Thursday night, it was about 7:45 p.m. We close at 8:00 p.m. I told her that we would be closing in 10-15 minutes. She snaps back, and I quote, "I know that. Do you want me to leave?" I was totally shocked. My comment wasn't meant to be rude in any way and she just snaps back at me with no real reason. Apparantly she also snapped at one of my coworkers who was helping her with the trim she wanted.
...Guess what she does? Complains about me to the company. GAH! RAAAGE! ANGST! It makes me angry that an antagonistic person can file a complaint against someone who was informing them of something they didn't want to hear.
