So, the flight I was supposed to be on just left. We volunteered for a slightly later flight and got $300 each In travel vouchers. That covers most of my disney trip this winter, so I'm not complaining. And we're only running an hour late, too.

So, on a day-trip to Portland. It's a nice enough trip in the dim of december, but it's unbelievably beautiful in the sunlight today. I spent most of the trip in the lounge car with all the windows, watching coast and countryside go by (and catching up on calculus homework).
