Today, I had another shift at work. 
Somehow we have escaped getting our pay docked, as offically our hospital doesn't admit patients during the weekend.

Whew!

I have spent all day in a daze. I can't believe what happened yesterday.
I was meant to work on my 2 assignments that are due soon, but I can't concentrate.

I never thought the IR laws that were reformed last year would effect me.

Well today they have.

I had the shock of my life when I went to work this afternoon. I knew our union was renegoitating a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, but I didn't attend the meeting Tuesday afternoon when they decided to take 'unlawful industrial action'. In the past, ( Read more... )
