I'm just slow, and I just don't spend enough time trying to get better is what my problem is. XD I've only really tried colouring random fanart I have laying around, I haven't even tried resizing a picture yet. But as far as your tutorial goes, the screen shots definitely help ^_^

Well, I am addicted to photoshop, so I always make sure there is enough time for PHOTOSHOP! that's cool, I have um, drawing program on my computer called opencanvas I use, it's very good, but I suck at mouse-using drawings. I need those network pen and pads. THOSE WOULD BE AWESOME!
Thanks good, because people say use this tool and I am like WHERE IT IS. because I am no idea what my tools are called. So that's why I put it those up. lOL
