29 days till I leave the country....

So I'm ready for spring break right now.  Not ready in the case of having everything packed, ready to go, but ready in the case of I'm over this whole school thing right now.  As if classwork, being an RA and everything else I keep myself busy with at school wasn't enough, I then pile on personal problems.  Go having monkeys for guards....

I think last night was the first time in years where I hated myself.  I'm pretty good at no matter what, being fairly satisfied with how I turned out.  I may be fat, but turn that into curvy and that's sexy!, I may have a strangely round-childlike face, but if you look in my eyes, you see who I am. I may be stubborn or brainy or whatever, but I am proud of myself.

Last night though, after all the terrible news of the past two weeks, I went to pieces.  Residents of Doom caused problems.  One bulletin board (put up for a month but took 4 hours to make...yes we put that much work into things most students ignore) got chew smeared all over it...GROSS...  Then my bulletin board, that took an hour to make....was runied with one simple thing written on it...It was a puzzle and next to the done puzzle (which is great that they did it)  was the line "we messed up....but probably you, YOU!!!!!"  And I think that, glaring at me from afar, just sort of set me off....

However, after some sleep, I am looking forward, as much as I can.  First, I am going back to Buffalo, to see Dan, and maybe to see my parents (if we carpool in my car and not his...).  Secondly, next week is filled with exams that I actually think I might be prepared for already.  And Thirdly, in less then a month, I get to hop on a plane and leave the country for awhile.  It is very exciting.

So now that I just spent most of the time in my first class writing this, and doing Enviro Job searches, I have come to two conclusions.  First my professor is still bright-eyed and believes that we are all paying full attention to him (HAH), and secondly, if I lived in Iceland, Greenland, the UK, Australia, or the West, I'd be guarenteed a job....But by living in NY, I have a chance at maybe 10 jobs...in the whole gianty state...GAH
