Planned vs. Actual
I planned on having the car taken care of already. Is the car back to normal? I don't think so!
Friday - fixed the door stuff and just need to close it up. No big deal.
Saturday - decided that it'd be a good idea to fix the small power steering leak. No big deal, I have a gasket kit that I bought before the person ran into me in November. I follow the instructions online and get to the last step without any problems, so of course the last step is where the fun begins. Long story short, I learn how to use a tie rod end puller the right way after first trying the wrong way (replacement comes in sometime this week... thank you, Paragon!).
Anyway the rack itself shouldn't be bad to work with, and by next weekend it should all be straightened out. I wanted the car ready by Tuesday, but I underestimated how much trouble it'd be to solve this one leak. Live and learn.
