So there I was, one in the crowd overlooking a giant city. The clouds in the sky hid the fear. Spaceships dipped in and out of the clouds, their shadows cast through from their silhouetting of the sun. A few perched on the ground struck a fearful reality. Men and women fell to their knees as they were taken out by the masses by what truly were aliens. Everyone around me began to flee in dread, scattering through the doors like chickens relieved of their heads.
I think inwardly and realize that I am in fact dreaming. My mind has interpreted this as a nightmare and my past ability to wake myself from nightmares kicks in. I close my eyes as I begin to wake, but this time I will not go out without a fight. I spin in circles and gradually open my eyes. This time I don't see the familiar pattern of my bedsheets. I see the room free of everyone but my mother and a few people. I am in control now; I'm lucid. I decide that I want a shoulder launched missile launcher. I have it. I fire. A spaceship bursts into flames as it pushes through the clouds and comes crashing down to earth.
The dream goes on but damn this was my first fully lucid dream and it was SO cool... Of course it was cut off when my phone rang and brought about my rude awakening. I then went on to dream that I had a Lancer Evo and that was cool. But the phone rang again. And off goes the ringer tonight.
On a side note, delivering pizza in the snow= not fun. Cold and hard to see it is. Factor in a frozen-over windshield and you've got one hell of a party!
