Last week's mango was amazing and I just about had a food-gasm biting into its succulent sweet flesh. I also made vegetarian stuffed mushrooms with potato and spring onions, which came out amazing! My first time making stuffed mushrooms too.
In the meantime, here's our
Food Connect mini box this week. We also got to meet our city cousin's gorgeous black lab, who is one of the biggest sooks I've ever met. Having him press his massive head into my leg while whining for attention slapped me a massive smile.

- Garlic x 1 whole + 3 cloves
- Cos lettuce x 1
- Shallots x 1
- Sweet potatoes x 6
- Tomatoes x 3
- Zucchini x 2
- Apples x 6
- Bananas x 3
- Pears x 5
We've already eaten the lettuce, which I mixed through in a couscous salad with finely diced tomatoes in a seasame seed dressing. Delish!
Whoever said vegetarian food is bland was obviously off their rocker. (^_-)-☆
