obligatory stuff: Sports Day at Namegawa today started out awesome-- it was very interesting to watch because it was different from any of the previous Sports Days i`ve been to, it being a small school and all. the ES & JHS students were combined and divided into two teams and there were even events for kids from the local kindergarten & adult

So it rained in Kochi yesterday? It was okay here. It's raining today, though -__-
It will rain the whole week which sucks because I have so many things to do OUTSIDE ... ARGH.

I remember reading about DVDs in Wired Magazine in 1994. It seemed like such a high-tech, alien concept. Movies on a CD? WEIRD! I have yet to watch a Bluray movie. We don't have a TV that we can appreciate it on, so why bother?

I loved Kuroiwa sports day which also had elementary and middle school combined. Did they have the kindergartners racing for their treats? They are so cute!

Way to go with those kids doing their dance in the rain. I would've taken any opportunity to just go home. ;P

And, yes, NEW LAPTOPS! Enjoy playing around with it! You got a free upgrade for when Windows 7 comes out, right? They say Windows 7 is the shit. To say I am dubious is an understatement. :P
