I don't think Future!Doctor wanted to die. I think he knew he needed to show them his death in order for them to do something in the '60s to save him, or the world, or something. I don't know, I still can't think properly.
But I don't think he'd invite himself if he was just going to his death either.
Those CMCs are creepy as fuq. They are by far worse than the weeping angels because at least with those they could remember seeing them. Like, every time Rory or River saw them and then came back and were all 'all clear' I freaked out.
And as for Amy's baby I made lists last night of possible explanantions.
Reasons why Amy is pregnant:
1) Moffat likes to fuck with us.
2) The aliens could have done some creepy alien thing to her.
3) She felt sick. (Also, it could hurt because spacesuit child is her child and she shot her so now she's feeling the pain, if ya get me)
4) Future!Doctor said she'd gained a few pounds. HE KNEW!
Reasons why Amy isn't pregnant:
1) Moffat likes to fuck with us.
2) The aliens could have done something to make her think she's pregnant when really she isn't.
3) She was drinking wine at the start and they made it a big mention of it. If she'd known she was pregnant the whole time she wouldn't have been drinking.
4) If she was, Future!Doctor would have known, and wouldn't have put her in danger.
5) River was also feeling sick, and Amy only seemed to know she was pregnant after she started feeling sick. And they can't both be pregnant.
As for River, I don't want to speculate anymore. Either we're all really wrong and we're gonna end up looking like idiots when the series progresses, or we're really right, and she's his wife/love interest/whatever.
Although, how funny would it be if we were all really wrong.
Also not that you mention that he's Rorybot; can bots get humans pregnant? Because that's another reason to freak out over Amy's pregnancy. Good lord.

ITS THE SAME SHIP!!! What I always assumed was the writers being lazy and not wrapping up the alien story in 'The Lodger', was not lazy but AWESOME. Also, in 'The Lodger' there was a little girl asking for help, just like the little girl was in last nights episode.
