Today has been by far the best day of my life. Nothing can really compare.
I know yesterday I posted how important it is to spend Valentine's Day with the people you love, mostly friends and what not. Well I got the best of both worlds. I got a few hours with my AMAZING shall I say boyfriend and my best friends. Even though one is the same. It doesn't matter, they are still both my best friends.
So basically I went over Michael's for dinner and it was great. He made me cheese cake. Which one of any of my ex's would make me cheese cake. Nothing. Well we basically had dinner which was a series of small things that I would enjoy. Then I gave him the gift from me which was basically a photo album with a bunch of pictures from since we started hanging out and what not with little caption cards underneath all of them. And he loved it. We then had our little private time and fell asleep in his room. It was funny because the only reason we woke up was because his periodic text message signal kept going off. So we rolled out of bed and he gave me his gift.
This has to be the best thing ever. He made me a slideshow type thing with a bunch of pictures ranging from pictures of Shannon and I. Ryan. Me and him. My sister. Everything. It was so romantic. He also put in things that would make me laugh like video me him and Shannon shot with my digital camera that we all thought was hysterical. There were fun facts that were put in there about the year I was born. On july 5 (my birthday) 1949 the bikini was created. So I thought that was cool. And Madona's Virgin Tour tickets sold out in 34 minutes. And with my major he put something about a serial killer that would pique my interest and make me smile with that weird little excitment I get about stuff like that. It was amazing. I loved it.
There was one part that put me in tears. There was a lj post from awhile ago but the same exact day where posted almost the same thing about each other. It was basically going on a rant about how much we meant to each other and stuff. It was all timed to music so it was a lot of fun and the song he had put on it for that part was perfect. It seriously brought tears to my eyes. It was wonderful.
After we had our time we both came back to Shan's place and did the friends thing. So I got a few hours of alone time with my boyfriend and a lot of hours with my friends playing. We played a few games of Mario Party and then played SceneIt! and watched the video that Michael made for me with Shannon and again I got all teary eyed. Then since we were still up we are watching my faborite Angelina Jolie movie. Original Sin. It is fabulous. Like we have had a lot of fun tonight. I love being with my friends. Other wise, my Valentine's Day have been awesome. It is close to perfect.
