ahh....got in from i training a lil while ago, its becoming quite tiring but i know its gotta be done tho. i know that it will help me alot especially compared to whatd id last summer to get ready for xc, when i just sat on my butt and watched t.v debating on weither or not i should do xc that yr. and look how i did i had 3 elite times, broke 17 and ran a 16:56 and qualified for state as an individual which isnt to shabby for my first yr.BUT.... thats not good enough... why do something if your not gonna give it your all?? thats why i get up early and im up late running. i know this summer i want to be fully prepared for this coming xc season, its going to be a rough one at it and i want to be prepared.... new coach, loosing 2 seniors and 4 varsity runners so basically only 3 returing varsity runners thats a big hit. i know its early to throw out goals but here they are:

Run under 16:20 (more realistic)

Run under 16 (far out there but i can dream)

Be all state (top 21 in state)

AND take the team back to state again....

im gonna do what its gonna take to get to those goals... thats why training is gonna be allllll summer and im going to brevard N.c (home) for distance camp itll be a big help. WELL..... i just got off the phone with mike and he said hes coming here friday to come pick me up and take me to clermont to stay for awhile for work. anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. its sorta a bummer but then again i am excited to go i kno ill have fun but miss certain ppl. well ill stop rambling on and if you read all this im impressed and i know that feeling of boredom that your having to read it.
