Last night I had Vampire wine. It was yet another mystery wine.
It was a 2005 merlot produced and bottles by Vampire Vineyards from California. I don't normally like merlot, as I find its lacks flavor. But this merlot was bitter and dry. I had this wine at a "we hate Valentine's Day" party. Bryan, fellow wine snob, stated that Vampire makes a good Cab Sav but makes a bad Pinot Grigio.
