Standings after Michigan
I really don't think Junior can catch Kurt Busch for the last spot in the chase. Especially with the way Kurt's been running lately. And with the bad luck Junior's been having. I don't think there's enough time for him to catch up & pass him with only 3 races left. Especially with Bristol being one of them. Bristol is a wild card, you never know what's gonna happen. You just hope to finish, not necessarily finish well because there is so much bumping & banging & wrecks. Junior is gonna need a lot of help from the other guys in front of him in order to hope to make it. Like a Bowyer, Harvick, Truex, Kurt Busch to have bad weeks while Junior has good weeks, he has to finish in front of them each week (like top 5's). I just don't see that happening. There are too many variables.
