I'm glad they finally got that race in the books. I hung around the track til they called the race on Sunday a little after 3 pm. I had to come back to work Monday afternoon at 1 pm so I didn't go back out to the track for the race. That sucks ass! I really wanted to be there, but with it being postponed 2 days & them racing on Tuesday that just wasn't gonna happen.
I wanna know how much longer it's gonna be before Gillett Evernham's cars are gonna pull out of the funk they're in. They can qualify great, then run like crap in the race. Kasey qualified had the provisional pole most of the afternoon on Friday & ended up 3rd & Elliott qualified 5th. But they finished 31st & 32nd respectively.
Great job for Martin, he finished 2nd at Michigan both times this year.
I'm happy Roger Penske got a win at his home track yesterday. YAY! And Dodge got another win! And I'm not even that cranky that Kurt Busch won, I'm just glad they got the race in after 2 days of rain.
