I got a $40 ticket for a parking violation in Long Beach. I'm not a serial parking law violater...this was my virgin run in with the powers that be of parking. Well what do you really mean by "No parking between the hours of 10pm and 8am"...if they weren't so vague, maybe I wouldn't have to pay this ticket.

That's why I'm sending them $20 bucks. I mean, lets not point fingers; I can be generous. We're both at fault...no, no, keep the change.
