FUN. shit happened today.
OKAY. So today was super interesting. This afternoon I went to Janice Jo's (hahah JOanns) to have my interview and it was great, the hiring manager liked my hours of availability and all that good stuff so I'm hired! FINALLY. I can make some moneys. It pays way better than my last job as well, so that is definitely something to look forward to. So then I went to Target to buy some work clothes and that was annoying/fun. I was with my mum so she was like nagging me about what to do as if I have never been to an interview, nor bought clothes before. Sooooo that was nice.
Shortly there after I drove home, and hung out in my room for a little while. Then I got some inspiration to go roller around some lots and ganked my skates and went over to DMS.
Eventually got bored with it, and then was about to go to Giant to visit some people, and hang out. Until I saw Taryn driving haha. I yelled at her and she was like WHAT. ARE YOU DOING. and I was like ROLLERBLADIN' EH? So she was on her way to EC to commence with a photo shoot with this proffesional named Barbra. She was really nice, and very proffessional about the way she worked things. She was cool with me being there, so that was nice. She didn't know the area that well so I showed her some really neat places to take some pictures and she liked that. I half killed myself lifing a big ass computer monitor someone at the Wagon Wheel threw out in the trash so Taryn could sit on it for some photographs. Other than that, we got to the train tracks and all around to some even knew places that even I haven't explored yet. Such as the flour mill, and some other interesting locations. All good for photographing.
So that was a nice adventure.
Now I'm just hangin'. Not wanting to go to school tomorrow because I have nothing to do and no motivation to do anything. I just want to work work work work a lot alot. So then I can get my vehicleee and cam equipppppp. Like that needs to happen. seriously. She even had a D200!!! Which is the most amazing starter camera. Nikon ya lil' cameradick! IWANTYOU. Oh man...one day.
I'm really dissapointed in myself about the whole placement testing thing though, I'm going for a retake in April...I sincerely hope that I do a lot better...because it basically makes the decision on whether or not I'll be jumping straight onto college level math/english. I'm not worried about english I did fine on that, I'm going to be in college comp I, I just need to brush up on sentence skills, and College Algebra. So it's just those two things I'm retaking. Which blows because I hate math and thinking about how bad I'm going to do on the math freaks me the fuck out about the whole sentence skills thing because I can't focus, so basically what I'm saying is I suck and am going to be taking the course over the summer after my first year of HCC. Which only does nothing but excite me?? ugh....Whatever. I need to just not have arithmetic exist in my life. + X / - is all I need!!! GOD.
