Dude, don't worry. I've read far more self-absorbed entries. And written a few, I'm sure. :)

Congrats on the apartment!

Re: songs...none immediately come to mind, but I will call you when they do. "Runaround Sue" by Dion (on iTunes) reminds me of L, for no apparent reason--maybe I heard it in her car sometime, the Sunbird? Good times.

Too many to list for you, J. Most of the Indigo Girls, but most of all Closer to Fine. Cecilia. Zig Zag. Karma Chameleon makes me think of all of you. Hey Ya! makes me think of dancing with little T (not your T) at your wedding. Anything by the Smiths or the Cure. Etc. etc. etc.

Guess it's the danger of having your older sister be your music guru for much of your life...a price I'll happily pay for the street cred I've got now.

Well, and for you of course Dar Williams, Ani, and all related chicky stuff...basically anything that reminds me of MoHo.

Ditto on all the family songs.

Good point. Clearly, can't hear Sinatra without thinking of you. That, and pretty much any show tune, ever.

That's not at all self-absorbed--it's normal curiousity.

Which I'm now sharing. I'll tell you songs that make me think of you if your reciprocate.

Are you kidding? The whole back catalog of Bon Jovi. This Little Light Of Mine. Young James Dean.

What a weird trio for such a sassy lady.

Of course, all things Queen. But my top two for you are Jump (For My Love) and Moses.

dreaming tree, always always reminds me of you, mainly because we hoped and hoped dave would play it at the mullins center, and also because it is a beautiful song and you, my friend, are a beautiful person!
