I will not say anything about 2009 itself in these pages, except that it battered, bruised, beat, and basically bastardised me. You know about what good happened this year. The rest, will stay hidden.
Let's have a tradition, shall we? If you're not mentioned, it's because I have very little to say about you.
acorna_cat, congratulations to you and kyle_attrill. You are proof positive that "what's meant to be will always find a way". I think of you during some of the bad in 2009, as I was tought about some of the stuff that was not meant to be. For you two, things worked out.
alice320, while this year seemed rocky for you and mutual friends, we seem to be talking again. That's at least something, let's see what happens.
angelica_0112 scares me some times, but that doesn't mean she wasn't one of the better things to happen in 2009. Thanks so much for a rather interesting friendship.

solyndra is one of the sweetest girls I've ever met. The way you manage to balance warmness and humility is...incredible. More people would do well to follow your example. What's even crazier is how we got to talking...Very, very different/strange. Thanks for being another breath of fresh air this year, you crazy dutchy.
trek_west and i, it seems, are learning to hide things from each other. But that doesn't mean he isn't still my best friend. We seem to continue to have the talent of causing each other problems, but you are still the brother I never had. Thanks for the strangeness, and please, keep existing.
