frustration!
iTunes is being a royal bitch. for some reason the newest edition is not working properly with my computer and won't open. great. after i spent a load of money buying the most recent bonnaroo artists' discography so i can be up to date....i can't get to it. can't even open the thing. this also after i bought a backup system that is a piece of crap and i can't get it to back up or even load correctly and recognize the system. it seems i shall be making a trip to best buy to shell out some money...damnit. but my files are that important to me. and once its all backed up, hello new computer.
my first paycheck comes next monday, so that will be nice, though my first few checks will be a bit scant since i've been having to cut a few hours short. curses. oh well. the money i'll be getting is much more than the checks i got for working my fingers to the bone on the other job for $8.50 an hour. i haven't done much of anything this week. orientation (i.e. mind numbingly boring) stuff. so i guess i shouldn't complain. soon enough i'll be a real nurse. in the meantime....iTunes still has me seeing red.
