Chapter 23

It only took a few seconds to decide and then he was sitting next to Aiba, his hand on the vampire’s chin. Sho grinned cheekily as he tilted the vampire’s head towards himself.

“In time this will cost you…,” he informed him; then he leaned in and pressed his lips against Aiba’s.

The first few seconds felt strange, maybe even unpleasant, because Sho couldn’t help but think about all the things Aiba had done with these lips. But then he pushed those thoughts aside and hid them away in a dark corner of his mind.

But Aiba didn’t react, didn’t kiss him back, making Sho stop to look into the vampire’s wide eyes.

“Or are you not sure about this anymore?” he asked quickly, before he could think about how unsure that sounded.

A grin stole onto Aiba’s lips and he leaned toward Sho. When their mouths were nearly touching he stopped.

“I haven’t been this sure in a long time…,” the vampire breathed. Sho felt his hot breath on his skin and then their lips met again. Soft, full lips pressed against Sho’s mouth demandingly. Sho banished his thoughts again and opened his mouth slightly. The kiss went from slow to passionate in a heartbeat.

As their kiss grew in intensity and both of them realized where they were headed, Sho pulled back. He looked at Aiba questioningly; then let his hand wander beneath his shirt.

“What about your stomach?” he asked, unable to forget how Aiba had received two stab wounds. Yesterday.

“My stomach?” the vampire repeated, confused, and eyes Sho impatiently. Then Sho saw realization hit.

“Ah… no problem…”

But Sho had to see for himself, he couldn’t believe the wound was healed already. He had seen Aiba get hurt, after all.

“Are you sure?” the host asked, looking down at Aiba’s stomach while at the same time pulling up his shirt. His eyes widened in shock when he saw Aiba’s smooth skin, not even a trace of the wounds was still visible. Even when he caressed it with his fingers, he couldn’t feel anything. Nothing at all.

‘It’s gone… you can’t feel it anymore…’

More than confused by now, Sho looked back up and met Aiba’s brilliant brown eyes.

“Is that… normal?” he asked only barely audibly. He didn’t know anything about vampires, had never wanted to know and therefore avoided the subject like the plague.

“Hai…,” Aiba breathed. His face was closer to Sho’s again, so close that tension crackled between them, mysteriously connecting their bodies.

“Well then… good…”

It was as if these words had been the trigger. Before Sho knew what was happening, he was lying on the sofa, Aiba’s body pressed against his, lost in a wild, passionate kiss.

Sho’s hands had taken on a life of their own, touching and caressing Aiba everywhere. He needed to feel, needed to touch, and Aiba returned the favour. At the same time Aiba opened his mouth, coaxing Sho to do the same. And then their tongues met, tangled in a fierce battle and nearly drove Sho crazy.

‘That has to be it… 800 years of kissing experience.’

He had hardly finished the thought when he felt nimble fingers move up his thigh to the waistband of his pants, where they quickly opened his belt.

‘He sure doesn’t hesitate. I wonder how long it has been since he had sex.’

As if Aiba had heard the question and wanted to answer it, he moved his lips to Sho’s ear and breathed, “How much to move this into your bedroom?” His voice sent shivers down Sho’s spine.

This question was all it took for Sho to get up, drag Aiba through the living room until they found themselves pressed up against his bedroom door, kissing deeply.

“You’ll get a special rate~,” the host breathed into the vampire’s ear, before pressing his mouth against Aiba’s again demandingly. He heard Aiba moan softly into the kiss when he rocked their pelvises against each other, moving his hips in circles.

“Hnnn…,” Aiba almost growled, moving his pelvis against Sho’s in return, his moans muffled by Sho’s mouth.

Later, Sho wouldn’t be able to say how they had made it to the bed; everything around him had disappeared until only Aiba’s touch existed. He only knew that he was suddenly lying on the bed, Aiba’s strong body above him.

And that was enough for him

The things Aiba made him feel were incredible. A single motion was enough to leave him gasping, to make him see stars. The vampire knew exactly what he was doing.

Sho had never had sex this good before in his life.

“Ahhh~,” Sho screamed, his body stiffened as wave upon waves of pleasure crashed into him. Breathing heavily, he sank back into the soft pillows, trying to steady his breathing.

‘If every one of my customers was this … good … I’d have the best job in the world,’ he thought, grinning slightly.

He heard Aiba fighting to steady his breathing, felt the warm, sweaty body next to him. Silence blanketed them, calm and wonderfully relaxing.

Even thought it had been Sho’s intention to show Aiba, how good batting for his team could feel, it was Aiba who had showed him in the end.

Showed him how great sleeping with a man could be.

The tightening of Nino’s hold on his hand pulled Ohno slowly from his train of thought. He left it behind along with the foreboding feeling it had provoked. His gaze went back to the young man in front of him and took in his sad features.

“Nino-san… You know as well as I know that I can’t send Matsumoto-san away if he wants me to be his host…,” Ohno said carefully, squeezing Nino’s hand and looking no less sad than the customer himself.

“Even if I want to… even if you want me to. It’s my job.”

A long, deep but silent sigh escaped Nino before the look on his face changed. It looked as if Ninomiya was trying to chase away the sadness. Slowly it receded from his gaze and the wonderful softness returned. Ohno’s favourite look.

“Just… take care of yourself, ok?” he asked quietly, lovingly. Ohno felt better immediately, nodded and smiled at Nino.

“Hai, I will. And… Sho-kun is still there as well.”

But Nino seemed not to have heard his last sentence, or not have wanted to hear it. His grip on Ohno’s hand tightened as he pulled him into the apartment. The host didn’t mind and let himself be dragged along docilely, the smile on his face growing wider with every second. Entering the customer’s apartment meant something to him; it meant that he wasn’t just a host to Nino. Not just someone Nino could have fun with and get a release.

He was Ohno Satoshi to him. Not just a nameless host.

When they were finally sitting next to each other on the sofa, close enough to touch, he thought he could never be happier than it that moment. The atmosphere surrounding them was warm and relaxing, even though all they doing was sitting there, while Nino tugged on the hair at the back of Ohno’s neck and caressed it fondly. Ohno was happy.

“Satoshi, I should probably go get dressed soon,” Nino murmured, but he made no move to get up. And Ohno could only smile and lean further into Nino’s side.

“But it’s really nice to see that you aren’t perfectly groomed all the time, makes you seem more like me.” Grinning, he lifted his head to look Nino in the eye. Nino looked back at him slightly indignantly.

“How can you tell your customer looks less than perfect? That’s not very nice, Satoshi-chan!” the customer scolded, grinning. In retaliation he ruffled Ohno’s hair a little harder. The host could literally feel how dishevelled he must look now, his hair standing up in every which direction.

“Look in the mirror!”

But the cute grin he send Ohno’s way was more than enough to excuse his words.

Still Ohno pouted playfully while he tried to smooth his hair done in some semblance of order.

“Nino-san…! I made an effort, only for you! And now…,” the host sighed loudly, dropping his head until it was resting on Nino’s shoulder. He could feel silent laughter shaking the customer’s body.

“You made an effort for me? You really are something else…” A short while later he felt Nino’s hand in his hair again. But it was gentler this time, smoothing his hair down. In that moment, Ohno wished Nino would never take his hand out of his hair ever again.

“Now you look as good as you did earlier.”

The words drove heat into Ohno’s cheeks again and he hid his head in the crook of Nino’s neck before he could see his blush. Why was he saying those confusing, sweet things again?

“Ah… don’t say things like that, Nino-san,” he said shyly. He wasn’t sure if Nino had even heard his words; he had so quietly, his face still turned into Nino’s shirt.

Nino stayed silent, but Ohno felt his hand on the back of his neck again, caressing the delicate skin there and tugging on the hair there, making butterflies explode in Ohno’s stomach.

“You’re silly…”
