The Day After and going home ....

I think it's fair to say that Sal and I have had some trouble with stairs, sitting and walking the last 2 days!
Yesterday we went for a massage, then a lovely lunch. My apple watch had the temerity to keep telling me to stand up and move :-)

Also plenty of time for photos of the finishers t-shirt and the medal!






Sad to leave London, but arrived home to find this lovely surprise waiting for me, from my boys!
