Snapshots of Omaha
It was one of those lazy Sundays in which you want nothing more than to be outside consuming alcohol. Amazingly gorgeous and warm, I headed out to Old Market in downtown Omaha.
Because I apparently prefer orange-y images to what it actually looked like:
Heartland of America Park in Omaha, looking toward Council Bluffs, IA.

Missouri River north of the bridge.
Missouri River south of the bridge. D'you see the building with the red roof on the right? That's Rick's Boat House. They have blues music!!!! as I found out tonight as I walked past.
NoDo (North Downtown) of Omaha from the bridge.
Omaha has "pinned" the Bob Kerrey Bridge as a tourist destination.
Nebraska/Iowa state line on the bridge.
Yes, you can be two places at once.
