Ugh I can't believe I haven't lost it today. I've been cleaning and while dusting earlier I knocked over a three drawer box that contains hundreds of coins, dozens of 1 cm diameter beads, rings, and earrings that went sprawling under every surface. It took me 20 minutes just to clean up the clutter. I took a break from my cleaning efforts after dusting to start some laundry and get the dishes soaking while I made lunch. I came back to the room with a boiling hot bowl of ziti, spaghetti sauce, and melted cheese. It slipped out of my hand, bounced off my desk chair and splattered all over the freshly swept and swiffered floor, chair, desk, my purse, and myself. I stripped my pj's off, emptied out my purse and ran them down to the washer. I searched the entire house for the mop to no avail and then returned and cleaned the mess by hand with clorox clean-up and a towel. I've managed to keep myself calm, but seriously one more thing and the tears and throwing of things might ensue. Cleaning day is doing more damage than good.
Alright looking at this from a positive POV, knocking over the box led me to discover an anklet I forgot about and miss wearing, and the saucy mess meant my purse got a cleaning that was long overdue, also my favorite pj's are now clean and ready for wearing again this week, and I found more of the coins that I had missed picking up earlier.
Off to do dishes and cat boxes, hopefully the ceiling doesn't cave in.
