I was actually looking for something else when I discovered the Houston Public Library has a similar policy that my library does in regards to digital library cards -- if you're in Texas, it's free. Outside of Texas, it's a $40 fee per year for a non-resident fee. Here's a list of the stuff included with details, but the biggies are Overdrive,

I haven't had a chance to watch yet, but for free viewing, I think it makes it an easy choice to give it a try.

I was curious about how this particular film ended up in the collection, but it's by vendor, and the distribution company is one in the Hoopla group.
