4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup uncooked rice
Lemon Juice
1 egg yolk
Bring chicken broth to boil with rice until rice is done. Separate egg yolk and whisk. Whisk hot broth slowly into egg while stirring, add lemon juice (2 tbsp I think), return mixture to soup. Add more lemon juice to taste. That's all~
