So I've tapered my prednisone to 20 mg, which is good. And my breathing is kind of plateaued at not great, but not dire. So much happens in my life that probably most people would get quite stressed by, like my ill health, this car accident and so forth. I'm annoyed that my neck and back are still sore (chiropractor helped on Friday, going again Monday.)
