Monda Rain Market
No potatoes at the market for bulking up tonights dinner so I'll get them at the market near home. That's OK, because after a several week absence again, my Favorite Farmers were back. This time with their delectable and divine strawberries of which I bought a quart. I also got english shelling peas and a head of Boston lettuce and some garlic scapes. I still have french breakfast radishes at home.
Tonight we'll have the lettuce with some green peas and I'll attempt to recreate the Farm on Adderley's buttermilk dressing. We'll have strawberries for dessert, and shepard's pie for dinner and all will be well with the world, because how can it not be with a menu like that? Hmmm?
