(no subject)
prom went even better than i imagined.
all day i felt busy and i love that feeling sometimes. i had people over for a cookout instead of going out to eat and all that hassle so about 14 people came to that. we had so much food it was insane. after eating, everyone parted to get ready at their houses and all that jazz and it was just craig and i left. i put on my dress and craig had never seen it yet (wedding style, hawhaw) and he was already dressed. so we hung out in our dress attire and watched freddy vs. jason. my dad tooks photos and leave it up to him to not have film in the camera. so we had to do those all over again. cody showed up and then justin and evy came as well. we watched some more freddy vs. jason and then headed out to krape park for pictures. we took 'em on flagstaff and had to wait a million years for everyone to show up. car after car kept pulling up and all in all we had over 20 people for the pictures and you can bet your ass there were a million family members and friends there. it was an awesome feelin' cause i organized most of it and got everyone together and it felt nice considering i never get to hang out with anyone from freeport. so that was an awesome change plus craig finally got to meet some more of my friends. so after the pictures on flagstaff, some of us headed back to the lower ground of the park. craig and i took pictures on an old firetruck then about 10 of us took pictures on the merry-go-round and we got to ride it too! HELL YEAH!!! i missed that merry-go-round, let me tell you. after those pictures, we proceeded to the white bridge and stopped traffic to take pictures of us all walking down the road all casually i guess. it was kind of a mess, haha, but so sweet. then took some more pictures on the bridge with the waterfall in the background and last but not least the kissy face picture of craig and i. haha. so now that pictures were done. we all split up again and about 10 of us went back to my house. we practiced our arrivals because at my prom, we have it at this building downtown and its like the grammies when you pull up because theres hundreds of people standing on each side of you on the road. so you'll hear about that a little later. anyway, we practiced that, and then went inside and munched on some veggies and just hung out a bit. 6 people left already so it was just craig, myself, evy, and justin. dan and stacey came over and we all left for prom. coming around the corner, there were 2 lanes but everyone was in the left lane. i thought i'd get in the right so we could pull up next to dan and stacey for the entrance. but i thought wrong. the cop guiding traffic made me go around the block again and wait in line. oh yeah, mind you.. we're in a '87 black t top corvette. it seats two people. im driving and evy's in the passanger seat. the back window glass is popped up so craig and justin sit in there just right. so we finally pull up, bumpin to "miss new booty" and i stopped the car. craig jumped out of the back and then justin followed. they fixed their collars and craig came to my door, justin went to evys. they nodded their heads and opened our doors at the same time. they reached their hand out for us to step out and everyone clapped. i felt like i was a god damn celebrity. it was awesome. so we went inside and danced and all that good jazz. that's pretty much it. it was a really amazing day/night.
