What is this, Showboat?
Yea for another weekend at my grandparents. It is actually fun most of the time. I enjoy their company and their food. The food is one of the best parts. My grandma keeps pushing it on me and I keep eating it. Its happiness.
Why is it that there is either nothing on tv, or else there are like 10 things on that you can't decide between? Why can't there be a middle ground?
Last night was fun. Josh and Matt came, which was great. I love those guys. Took Kate and Josh home, then went back and played Scrabble with Kevin, Mark, and Daniel until almost 4 in the morning. It was fun. My friends are the best in the world. Ever. What will I do after they leave for Italy and Las Vegas? Lucky bastards.
Kate inspired me to do something. She showed her mom, accidently, her tattoo on her back then willing showed her mom the one on her ankle. Her mom was actually really cool about it. Which is awesome. We decided that one of the goals for the summer was for me to become more confrontational. I also decided I was tired of hiding from my family. So today I talked to my grandma about tattoos then showed her the one on my wrist and she knows about the one on my back. I was very proud of myself. She was really cool about it too and really likes the cross. It made me happy. Still kind of nervous, since I'm used to hiding them. But it will get easier. So K, thank you.
