I played Dance Dance Revolution today.  It didn't even make me sweat.  I think that I am going to need something higher-intensity if I want to get healthier.  Moving is good, it's just that I don't know if I could consider this a workout.  So, I cranked up the difficulty to the next level.  I was out of breath by the end of the first song.  Looks like I will use this difficulty and switch difficulties for short breaks.

I took the communitys advice and ate some protein after working out.  Yogurt with fresh blueberries and granola sprinkled on top.  Yum!
