Here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
1 fried egg
2 sausage patties (ouch)
2 pieces fiber toast with margarine
3 strawberries
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich on fiber bread with honey mustard
yogurt
apple
carrot sticks
Dinner:
Roast turkey
1/2 c corn
1/2 c mashed potato
watermelon
Strawberries with 1/2 c milk and dessert shell for dessert
Other:
Pumpkin cupcake
2 slices frozen pizza
watermelon
frozen juice bar
So, I forgot to take my medicine yesterday morning, and that combined with a girl on her period= very hungry Elizabeth. I let myself have some pizza. My family made it when I was working. I hadn't slept well, and I only had 8 hours of sleep within the past two days. I didn't work out last night, and I went to bed relatively early, so today, I am ready to go!
