Here is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
Slimfast shake
Lite String cheese
Lunch:
Banana
Lean turkey lunchmeat
2 slices fiber bread
Dinner:
Baked tilapia w/ salt, pepper, and a bit of margarine
2 shrimp with garlic (I found that I actually like shrimp alright)
frozen mixed vegetables
Dried fruit leather as dessert
Snack:
Dry mini wheats
cheese
apple
Bagel w/ cream cheese and sugar free preserves
Frozen juice pop
I think that I did pretty well today. I am spot on as far as points go, but I didn't get my five fruits and vegetables. Well, I can always do that today. Yesterday I did the "easy walk" on my workout dvd, then I played forty minutes of DDR. I usually play on workout mode because jumping kinda hurts, but I have been adding in extra steps by myself when there are no steps for a beat. Haha, does that make sense? Anyway, I worked out for a full hour yesterday, and I feel pretty good about it.

luckyimyours87 here on lj suggested a method people on sparkpeople use called "streaking", where you keep a calander and every day that you work out, you draw a colored streak on that day so you can see visually how often you are working out. I started doing that the day before yesterday, and it's helping me to stay motivated.
