This is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
2 Slices lite bread
lean turkey lunchmeat
1/2c strawberries
1/2 c blackberries
Lunch:
Apple
Lean Pocket
whole grain crackers
Cheese
Dinner:
Ribs
Potato
carrots
Snacks:
1/2 c lemon sherbert
pretzels
cheese dip
turkey meatloaf 1 slice
fruit juice bar
I did get my five fruits and veggies in today, but, wow, it looks like I ate a ton. I did go over my WW points by 3, but I also worked out for half an hour today. It's funny how when I do these workout DVD's regularly, I feel fine, but yesterday I was out of breath and had to push myself because I let myself get out of the swing of things. I'm going to get into shape and be fit and healthy. I was thinking of signing up for the crim to walk. It would give me a goal to strive for.
I weighed myself in this morning just for kicks, and I was 278.8. Thank goodness at least some of that weight was from all that salt I ate a few days ago.
Gonna have another great day today! I hope you all do the same!
