New Harmony is ideal for writing retreats
I'm in New Harmony, Indiana, visiting aoi_no_satsuki at her dad's house.
This town is ideal for writing retreats and relaxing getaways, let me just say.
So yeah. aoi_no_satsuki and I have been having fun. We've watched Gamer movies and the Dr. Horrible musical and Freeman's Mind and Muppet Show. Also, I gave her a DVD of tasty things. I'm going to miss her when I drive back. ;_;
I drove over on Thursday and will be returning to stL tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully the heat advisory will not fry me or my car in the meantime. I like heat much more than cold, but I also like not sweating after 0.2 seconds outside. Humidity's the worst though--it makes me tired. Heat without humidity's not too bad to deal with.
I should sleep now. We're getting up early for breakfast, and then I'm guessing it's pack-up and go time. See you in St. Louis! ♥
