So here I sit, making a rare post from away from one of my two homes - I'm neither at home nor at University, in fact my laptop is on a field trip to Dave's house, where there is a projector and surround sound and Pirates of the Carribean, and where I sit with my laptop because I plan to pull a near all-nighter in finishing most of the text for my secret books for the show.
It's been a few days since I posted. The changes I've been making are mostly successful.
Friday I spent the majority of the day finishing the Ballroom newsletter and getting it printed and doing some other paid work, then I went to Dave's place and enjoyed some movies on the wall-sized screen.
I did work in Printmaking today - not as much as I would have liked, but what I did turned out pretty well. Then I went to see The Vagina Monologues. I laughed really hard and was moved by some of the stuff they added about the Congo and female mutilation. And the one about Bob is still my favourite since I read them a few years back. =)
My Mom helped me out in making the curtain for my stand... The best part about it is that there's something subtle.
I am nearly ready to crash. I did get work done, though.
