Thanks for the feedback on our last release. We've reviewed your comments and made some key changes to the homepage, which are outlined below. This week, Frank is honoring July birthdays! If you were born this month, send Frank a huzzah and he'll roll you out a red carpet!

Home page is still too busy with stuff I ignore. Why not put the comment to our personal journals ABOVE all that other stuff like featured journals, touchpad responses etc etc ad nauseum? I tend to navigate away from that page as soon as possible because the things I want to know are buried so deep it's not worth digging for it.

You could use this to hide whatever you don't want to see on the homepage?

You could use My LJ instead of the home page, and customize it to your heart's content.

This. I'm using the element blocker and it's a vast improvement, but I'd still really prefer the recent comments at the very top, since those are going to be the most relevant to a lot more users.
