I think you're right.

I don't really care if we get them or not. I mean, I was looking forward to them, but if there's a real reason why we can't have them, then I'm okay with it. I would just like to know.

Yeah, it would be a lot better to hear "Sorry, we won't be able to offer this because...." or "We are still working on this and it's taking longer then we thought for...." instead of just ignoring the people who are interested in having it and are asking about it. That is ridiculously frustrating.

This is one of the biggest complaints with LJ and they refuse to address it. I guess they think their users like it when they stick their heads in the sand.
