There are limits to what I will run in with my limited clothing options (cheapass magenta shorts and a couple wicking material tank tops, plus sweatshirts), and I think I have found mine: 30F with 60% chance of rain and snow tonight.

Like, I woke up early for some ZR action but seriously, even though I heat up like a thermonuclear device when I'm out, I'm just not willing to try my luck in shorts in this.
