A/N: THink i wrote this for the friday drabble challenge at lifein1973 but god only knows what the origional promt was. i wrote it ages ago
Sam looked at the clock, and immediately wished he hadn’t. He also wished, just this once that he wasn’t such a stickler for proper procedure. He had a deadline. The half-done wordy report on his desk was due to be sat on Gene’s desk in twelve minutes, or there was a good chance that Sam would not survive the exchange with his DCI... but he was so tired...maybe just a few minutes kip would help him concentrate.........................
“Tyler!” Gene’s booming voice made Sam start awake.
“Oh Fuck.”
“Oh fuck indeed my boy. No report.”
Sam gulped. “Ten more minutes, Guv?”
