I've been on the computer all night, which was not my original intention, but I mostly spent time on AIM with Gi trying to cheer her up, so hours of that is well-spent time if she felt even a little better afterward. of course there was the obligatory cosplay talk and the creepiness that i love.

Rutgers lost by ONE TWO POINT CONVERSION. aaah. i still love them. I hope the women's bball team makes it to the Final Four - that would totally make up for this football thing.
i used Aqua Net on my ACTUAL hair today b/c it wasnt behaving, and the whole day I kept smelling it & thinking I was at a convention, because all my wigs smell like Aqua Net since i douse them in it. HAHA so cool. it probably makes most people think of old ladies, but I think of Neese and Rukia. lol
I have to think of a "big" Xmas present from my dad. I was thinking maybe a laptop? i saw a Sony Vaio on sale someplace for like $1200, and i think that's the kind I want. not sure. I bought myself a new digicam, Tom got me a PSP, i use Tom's old iPod mini, my sewing machine is ANCIENT but it does work, and i dont know what else i need. If he could get me fifteen more hours in the week, I'd like that, but you know, that's not real. I would kind of like a Wii (but not because i want to make believe i am swinging Sode no Shirayuki or Zabimaru or any other zanpakutou in the Bleach game, that's totally not why), but im not like omgdying for one. also the jury is still out on whether it's region free or not. anybody know? my friend is a manager at GameStop, and he told me he would look into it, and i keep forgetting to ask him what the verdict was. there is no point in getting this system if the Bleach game won't play, b/c every amazing game i play will be total fun and i will love it, but it will just remind me of how i am NOT pretending to be Rukia at that moment, and then i'll cry. yes, i am pathetic.
speeeeeking of Bleach, I found a FANTABULOUS Orihime wig, so i dont have to bleach my hair after all (after exhausting every other option to get it that color and finding my hair just rejects orange dye). It is GAWGEOUS and i am going to make fake giant boobies to stuff in my bra tomorrow. eeeeeeee!!!!!
otherwise im being very lazy. i've been doing all my Christmas shopping online so far. eBay is an inexhaustible resource for random shit that people i know will friggin love. i might go Christmas shopping with Cathy tomorrow at the mall though. this will be the ultimate test: CAN Laurie go into Forever 21 and Hot Topic and NOT buy just stuff for herself!? :O provided im not trampled by the psychotic holiday shopping maniacs.
i might post a Christmas list tomorrow or Monday, so you all can see how selfish and greedy i am. btw i suck at commenting lately. forgive?
