Cross-Game Battle Royale!

A couple of months back, I found this fic, a FF7/FF8 crossover. Now, normally, I'm not for crossovers, but this was obviously thought through and considered on both sides. And it's . . . beautiful. Anyway. The point of this is, I was thinking-and prompted by one such instance-about who would win in certain fights

Tifa V.S. Zell: This one is a toughie. But I'm sorry, but I think Zell would win. Zell seems to have more stamina then Tifa. If anything, Tifa is probably faster. Since there is no movie for FF8, I'll just have to use my own imagination about how the battles would happen. But yeah, I think Zell would win. Nevertheless, it won't be a very easy victory for Zell.

Cloud V.S. Squall: Now that you mention it, we had a debate topic about this few a months back. Most members, at the time, feel as though it will take the combine strength of Squall and Seifer to take down Cloud. Cloud is still more experienced then both warriors. In the FF8 world, they are experts. But compare them to the fighters in FF7...they wouldn't be amateurs, but probably sidekicks.

Vincent V.S. Irvine. I'm with you there; Vincent would easily take down Irvine. Irvine is fast, but Vincent has to many abilities for Irvine to keep up.

Cid V.S. Squall: Once again, I agree. Squall would easily take down Cid. All Squall would have to do is Rough Divide and he'll split Cid's weapon in two! So yeah, Squall wins. :)

Vincent V.S. Seifer: I'm a huge Seifer fan and all...but Seifer would die against Vincent, lol.

Cloud V.S. Zell: I agree...Cloud would kick Zell's butt. Besides, Zell would have probably been too cocky. So yeah, Cloud would have hammered Zell.

Tifa V.S. Selphie: I was hoping you would mention this fight. Selphie would defeat Tifa in battle. If Tifa missed a punch, then that would be a perfect time for Selphie to smack her with her weapon, lol.

Cid V.S. Quistis: I don't think it would be that easy. Let's not count Cid out yet. Cid would obviously see that kind of move from a mile away. I think Cid would beat Quistis.

Cloud V.S. Seifer: Well you know how I feel about this battle. :P

Irvine V.S. Cloud: No way! Irvine would get slaughtered by Cloud, especially if Cloud had his Ultimate Weapon, lol.

Tifa V.S. Quistis: Let's see...this match is pretty hard to judge. But I'll say Quistis would come up on top!

For the remaining two battles...Vincent would win.

Sorry I sent you all of the messages, lol. My LJ was messing up and I accidentally pressed it a bit too much when my page wouldn't refresh.

But yeah, I think Rufus V.S. Irvine would be a good match. But Rufus would win in the end, since he is stronger. Rufus can fire Irvine's weapons with one hand, making him faster then Irvine. Plus Rufus probably has a limit break, but we never got the chance to see it, since we are never given the chance to fight Rufus again. So yeah, Rufus wins.

Irvine can fire Irvine's weapons with one hand. He like, whips out the Exeter and ba-zhang. Dead something-or-another.

I do think that'd be a killer awesome fight though. *torn between who would wiiiiiin*

Oh really? Lol…my mistake. I guess it's only some of the guns he requires both hands. Thanks for correcting me. :)

Oh it would be a killer fight. Heh, Irvine can almost pass for Rufus' son. They have quite a few things in common, lol.
