I decided to do a little research on the movie, and post two of the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) which were related to the movie. Cloud too, is afflicted with Geostigma, but still manages to fight almost constantly in the end of the movie, only showing a brief period of fatigue during the last battle.

Keep in mind however that Cloud is cured before the final battle. Sephiroth even notes the fact right before he goes into exposition mode.

That was an awesome fight though. The J-E-N-O-V-A remix in the Kadaj battle made things even more interesting. I wondered how did Reno and Rude made it out in time when they set off those bombs. The timer was almost out, unless they just speeded up the scene a bit. If they never showed them again in the end of the movie, so many people would have thought they killed themselves. :P

Square like to do that, fool people into thinking characters are dead only to have them pop up later.

Examples:
Squall - I have seen plenty of talk about how people thought he died in Time Compression.
Sephiroth - He just keeps coming back, again and again!
Tidus - he "dies" and has a whole bloody game dedicated to bringing him back.
Cloud - get's blown up but appears all healthy in the new pool in the middle of the church.
Vincent - ... well I saw the DoC final FMV.

Lol that would be an awesome entry, talk about how many characters were presumed dead, only to reappear. Another person was Seymour in FFX, he would not stay dead. Oh and Seifer was thought to have been dead, twice I believe. I've never really noticed how many characters were thought to be dead, but were really alive.

That was a Cloud clone that died in that explosion right? Or was he really injured and washed up somewhere. I remember him being in a wheelchair at some point in the game.

Oooooooh... forgot about Seymour! Between not knowing the game and tiredness contributing to forgetfulness I guess that's just what happens.

I did mean the explosion in the movie.

I guess however Cloud gets two "was thought dead but came back" though, what with getting lost in the Crater and washing up from the Lifestream in Mideel - but I'm not sure it counts, the team didn't believe he was dead. Seifer is a point however because there is a scene where they all sit around and talking in past tense about him.

Yeah, Seymour was annoying; he just didn't know when to give up.

True that, they were just curios of Cloud's where about. That was a very awesome scene, when they spoke about Seifer in the past tense, epically the music playing in the background.

I just hear a voice clip of Kadaj in the English version of Advent Children, to me, it is a bit of a disappointment. I think he sounded better in the Japanese version. The English voice does not suit him, well to me. :P

Voices I can get used to - or play the japanese track. What's bugging me is that I heard a clip from Seph's exposition and it sounded wrong - it doesn't sound like he's outdoors at talking to someone at least 10 metres away.

Good point. I suppose I feel that way about Kadaj's voices because I first heard him speak in Japanese, so I bet I would think different if I heard him in English first.

That would be kind of depression if Seph's voice level sounds like that in the movie. I can't wait to read the countless reviews when that movie comes out in English. I believe it should be coming this week or next week. :)

That's the advantages of pre-ordering. I had mine ordered back in September, and changed the order to the two-disk in... January? That sort of reassuance is nice - especially a fully prepaid order too.
