POETRY PLEASE!
I'd love to get a stream of poems going on here, please feel free to post your own work or the work of others you admire. I'm going to start with:
CHAINS
children of the world
i command you
hear my call
break off the barrier the drew around you
and tear down the holy wall
for you are each born free
and no god can give you rank
no king may tell you yet
you must submit to mark
the ousla and the officers, the watchers and the hunters
now you are young and know nothing,
but you shall become like them
In time you will find these walls settle in
you could not live without them
so fight them now, fight them hard
listen to the voice of the free
let them put no chains upon your mind

for the chains will make you fear
