World Cup Diary - Part XVII
Soooo, we have cangaroos in the round of the last 16. Way to go, guys. I'd *love* to say anything about the game, but unfortunately the powers that be (i.e. television) decided, that the Brazil/Japanese game was WAY more important and so they decided to just show some brief shots after the game. Hmph. Pleased? Me? Not in the least, no. I think I stated before, that I found the Brazil games boring, and the one against Japan is lining up in that crowd as well, although at least for the first half of the first half...which'd be the beginning quarter I guess upon closer contemplation, anyhow...where was I...right, for that time being, it was interesting, as Japan put up a serious fight and actually took the battle to their opponents....
But I digress. Really nothing much to add to the previous post, on account of a boring game and an unseen one. Now if France could win today against Togo at least...
