Long Time No See
I knew when I set up this Livejournal account I'd rarely update it. My life's just not that exciting that I feel the need to put stuff in it. Oh well...
The last few months have sort of sucked, health-wise at least. I'm not sure what I got, but my guts have been all messed up. The doctor bills are piling up and I'm not feeling a whole lot better. I get to go visit a Gastroenterologist in June so for now I'm taking Nexium and feeling a little better.
Saturday was a fun time. A few bands played at Inner Mission. There was a really cool local band that played some bluesy folkish worship songs. Then a white christian rapper busted out some rhymes. I'm a fan of this kid's hip-hop. I had to buy his $5 CD. I guess the main band was Nealley's Corner. Not sure how to describe them, sort of rapcore nu-metal type stuff. It wasn't really my cup of tea, but it wasn't terrible either. I swear they had the longest set ever... I was into it at first but by the end I was tapping my watch. Over all it was a rad time. Good friends, good music, good caffinated drinks. The highlight of the night was just listening to different hardcore CDs with everyone after the show.
Also, I'm really stoked about getting more tattoos. I probably won't go get them very soon, maybe in a few months or so...but I'm totally going to steal Willis and Mia's JC - HC tattoos and get them too. Plus Dave Quiggle designed a few tattoos I want too.
