[Silence, excluding the muffled purring of Clover. Fai is staring out of the window which is open. He's speaking to Clover.] I wonder what you think about, Clover. Do cats think about a lot, or... [He trails off. Small sigh.] I must be bored. I'm thinking too much again.
[Shifts. Clover meows.] ...You know. When I was in that tower I used to dream about a lot of things. I would imagine how Yuui and I would escape and how we'd run away together from that place...That was in the beginning. [He stops. Why is he talking to a cat about this? Siiigh.]
When it snowed a lot I used to pretend I could blow away all the clouds so that the sun and stars could come out...Then-...then even though we weren't together we could both be warmed by the sun and watch the stars at night. [he shifts again, this time to pick up Clover. The device moves and the audio gets worse.]
I've thought about a lot of things during that time...It's become something of a bad habit now, especially here. [Clover meows again and baits at his nose. Fai gives a laugh at this.] It's tiring isn't it? Listening to me think out loud. Maybe that's the reason why I'm always so tired!
[The audio cuts off.]
