Halloween party the second
I went to the Lit club Halloween party as Supergirl- it was a whole lot of fun! I met two fellow comic geeks- Dustin and this guy dressed up as Wolverine. He had the facial hair and everything. Also, I met the glam rock version of the Watchmen! One of the guys I knew from Lit was Glam Rock Rorshach... was GOLD I tell yas. GOLD. There was also Glam Rock Moth(wo)Man, Silk Spectre I and a female glam rock Ozymandias. And David Bowie.
I spent a lot of time with a Mime named Alex, we talked a lot. And a chick whose name I think was Wren? Who was dressed as Buffy. And the IRS agent girl whose name I can't recall, And Dustin, who was a Platypus.
I played pool and did not make. a. single. shot. Wow. Also, there was impromptu dancing and yet another costume contest I didn't win- A huge teacher dressed as Babe the bull won the general category (He has blue balls too- two blue xmas baubles tied to his tail) and someone else won for literary character, I can't remember who- I insisted Supergirl was a literary character, which is how glam rock Watchmen noticed me (and Ozy asked me which Supergirl I was and if I macked with Comet!!!)
Anyway, it was lots of fun and I did meet some people who hopefully I'll see again. Yay for a good Halloween.
