The Tide is Turning
D and I have guesstimated that we will need approximately $5000 for this move and getting settled in a new place. Until today, it wasn't looking too good. I had a relatively significant credit card debt, a gourmet vegan cheese habit, and a part time job. My scholarship was canceled due to a glitch from my study abroad in England in 2006.
Today, I was looking at an email from the Honors College at UCF asking for applicants for an $8/hr night/weekend job and considering applying. This would mean 20 hours at my day job at the Department of Environmental Protection, 15 hours of lectures, 25 hours at this new job, and extra time for homework every week. I was feeling pretty dismal when I read the next email, which stated...
"The process of disbursing your financial aid award/s has begun."
