Amazing. It has changed my whole view on everything that I put into my mouth. Mainly because when you complete your day of eating it tells you that if you ate/exercised like that everyday you would weigh X kg's, I'm so excited! But it also has some bad points, I have avoided eating much of anything for 2 days because if my calories are low then it tells me' I can be 60kgs in 5 weeks. But it is an amazing app and I love it, also it's so easy to add food because it has a HUGE food database system, also you can add friends and track weightloss together. Sam and myself both have it and it's awesome!
